RETURN POLICY OF DILLI 7 PHARMACY, REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY
Every time a client puts an order, the Kryo Pharmaceuticals Private Limited ("Dilli 7 Pharmacy") crew enables processing correct medicines as per order and prescription and aims to serve the medicines and products in proper conditions/without any damage. We also strongly advise that the items be checked upon delivery.

1. DEFINITION
'Return' refers to the consumer's activity of returning the product ordered through Dilli 7 pharmacy portal. The following conditions may develop, resulting in a product return action:
- 1. The product(s) provided do not match your order;
- 2. The product(s) delivered have passed or are nearing their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than three months are considered approaching expiry);
- 3. The product(s) shipped were damaged during transit (do not accept any product with a tampered seal):
Please keep in mind that if the product you have received is damaged, you should refuse delivery of that product. If you discover that the product is broken after opening the packaging, you may return it for a refund. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a replacement for all products because it is dependent on the availability of the specific product; in such circumstances, we will issue a refund.
If there is something wrong with the order in the aforementioned improbable instances, we would be pleased to assist and resolve your complaint. You may submit a Return request to our customer service department within 07 (seven) days of receiving the product. If the consumer contacts Dilli 7 pharmacy after 7 days after delivery, Dilli 7 pharmacy reserves the right to revoke the Return request.
Dilli 7 Pharmacy will check the legitimacy and nature of your Return/Refund request once it has received it. If Dilli 7 Pharmacy determines that the request is valid, the Return and Refund process will begin.
Dilli 7 Pharmacy will handle the refund only after receiving confirmation from the vendor regarding the contents of the product relevant to that refund.
Dilli 7 Pharmacy retains the right to pursue required legal proceedings against you in the event of frivolous and unreasonable complaints about the quality and content of the products, and you will be fully liable for all costs incurred by Dilli 7 Pharmacy in this respect.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- 1. Any incorrectly ordered product is not eligible for return;
- 2. The batch number of the product being returned must match the one on the invoice
- 3. Return requests deriving from prescription changes are not eligible for return;
- 4. items returned must be in their original manufacturer's packaging, including price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices; and
- 5. Partially consumed strips or items are not eligible for return; only totally unopened strips or products can be returned.
Non-Returnable Product Category: Certain categories of products indicated as non-returnable on the product page will not qualify for a return under the Dilli 7 pharmacy Return policy. The following are the details of the non-returnable products:

Breast Nipple Care, Breast Pumps, Diapers, Ear Syringes, Nappy, Wet Reminder, Wipes, and Wipe Warmers
Diet and Nutrition Health Drinks & Supplements
Medical Equipment, Glucometer Lancet/Strip, Surgical, Health Monitors, Healthcare Devices and Kits
Condoms for Sexual Wellness, Fertility Kits/Supplements, Lubricants, and Pregnancy Kits
Temperature Controlled and Specialty drugs Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Penfills, and any other product that requires cold storage or drugs that fall under the category of specialty medicines.
2. RETURN PROCESS: To request a return, please visit www.Dilli 7 pharmacy.com/contactUs.
Dilli 7 Pharmacy's customer service staff will validate the customer's claim within 72 (seventy-two) working hours of receiving the complaint.
Dilli 7 Pharmacy will arrange for the collection of the product(s) to be returned once the claim has been verified as authentic and reasonable.
The customer must pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer's packing.
Refunds will be processed within 30 (thirty) days of the date of reverse pick up (if necessary).
3. REFUND PROCESS: If the claim is deemed to be genuine in any of the following instances, a refund will be issued as follows:
Orders made with an online wallet will be credited to the wallet;
Cash on delivery orders will be returned via fund transfer to the customer's bank account.
4. CHARGES FOR SHIPPING

POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS
consumer cancellation: The consumer has the option to cancel his or her order for the product until Dilli 7 Pharmacy ships it. Orders that have been sent cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation of Dilli 7 Pharmacy:
Certain orders that Dilli 7 Pharmacy partners are unable to accept and service may have to be cancelled. Non-availability of the goods or quantities purchased by you, as well as inaccuracies or errors in price information supplied by our partners, may result in your order being cancelled.
Dilli 7 pharmacy also maintains the right to cancel any orders that meet the criteria for a 'Bulk Order' as decided by Dilli 7 pharmacy. An order is classified as a 'Bulk Order' if it meets the following criteria, which are not exhaustive:
i. Products ordered are not for personal consumption but for commercial resale;
ii. Multiple orders for the same product at the same address;
iii. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered;
iv. Invalid address given in order details;
v. Any malpractice used to place the order.
There will be no cancellation fees if an order is cancelled in accordance with the conditions of this policy.
